Taxes, fees & pricing:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  • The cost of the overnight stay includes 13% VAT and Municipal tax.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The documents (receipts or invoices) are issued in the name of the depositor.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • All prices listed are in euros per room and night, including breakfast.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reservations & Payments<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    In case of telephone booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required. After confirming your deposit, a temporary confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address you have provided us. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Payments can be made by bank deposit\/transfer within three (3) business days of making the reservation and provided that the reservation has been made at least 5 days prior to your arrival. In case of \u201clast minute\u201d booking, payment must be made immediately. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Please check that you have received the provisional confirmation e-mail, which indicates the exact payment due date. If payment is not made by the date indicated in the provisional confirmation e-mail, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. You can send your proof of payment (deposit slip) to xapostama@gmail.com. <\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

    Cancellation, modification and no-show policy<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Requests to cancel or change a confirmed reservation are only accepted via email at xapostama@gmail.com<\/span><\/li>\n
    • In case of cancellation, if there are less than 5 days left from the date for which the reservation has been made, the deposit is not refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • There is the possibility of changing the reservation date if there are more than 5 days left until the reservation date. The new date must be within 6 months of the original booking date.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • In case of early departure, there is a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost of the non-realized, but agreed, nights.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Check in \/ Check out policy:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      • Check-in: 14:00 \u2013 21:00 & Check-out: 11:00.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • For check-in you must present a police ID or passport or driver’s license.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • If it is necessary to check-in after 21:00, you must inform the hotel by phone in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Damage or Losses by the customer:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        • The hotel guest is responsible for any damage or injury that occurs in the hotel throughout their stay and is due to them or their guests or their staff (broken glassware, crockery, washbasins, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Xapostama reserves the right to charge its customers for the costs of repairing damages caused by intentional, negligent or reckless acts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
